Once you complete the Music contest, you will get a unique URL which you can forward to your friends. For every friend who completes the Music contest by clicking on this link you will win an additional Guruji coupon.

How to win the Prizes?

 Lucky draw - There would be daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and a grand Jackpot lucky draws to select the lucky Guruji coupons. Thus, more Guruji coupons you have, better your chances of winning the prizes.

Weekly Top Guruji coupon holder - The participant with the highest number of Guruji coupons will win an iPod every week. Thus, collect more Guruji coupon and win an iPod every week. For the weekly top Guruji coupon holder, only those coupons created in that week will be considered.

Once, the top most coupon holder receives the prize for a particular week, he/she will not be eligible to receive it again and the next highest coupon holder in the following week will be entitled for the weekly prize.

In case of a tie between two or more participants the winner would be randomly decided by a lucky draw.

 Who is eligible to participate in the Music contest?

 Participation in the contest is purely voluntary.

 To participate in the contest you need to be a resident Indian with more than 14 years of age.

 No employees of Guruji.com or any of its partners are eligible to participate in        this contest.

 If the winners are found to be ineligible to participate, they would be automatically disqualified.       

We have implemented Anti-fraud systems in the contest. Participants found indulging in fraudulent activities would be automatically disqualified from the Guruji Music Contest. 

Email Notifications

The contestant by participating in the Music Contest authorizes Guruji.com to send email notifications on the Music Contest, new offers and products in future. However, the contestant can unsubscribe from these notifications.

What if there are any disputes?

Guruji.com reserves the ultimate right to arbitrate, and their decision would be considered to be ultimate and final incase of a dispute.

All the photographs & testimonials uploaded on the Guruji.com becomes the property of Guruji.com and can be used for promoting the Music contest.

 What are the Tax implications?

Contest shall be subject to the laws of India, including tax laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable to Winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes to concerned authorities in respect of the Prizes as may be required by law prior to delivery of Prizes. Winners shall be required to show proof of tax payment  on or before Feb 28,2009, in respect of the taxes paid by the Winner as applicable on the prizes. In case of non-payment of taxes by any Winner by Feb 28,2009, Prizes will be forfeited and may be given out to other participants as the Organizers may deem fit.

How will the lucky draw winners be chosen?

All lucky draws will be conducted through a software application to ensure unbiased random selection

 How would the winners receive the prize?

The prize will be sent to the mailing address provided by each of the winners. Winners must provide a valid mailing address to the Organizers within 1week of notification, in order to be eligible for the prize. Organizers shall not be responsible, if the Winners do not respond to the notification email within the prescribed deadline.

 Can more than one registration be received from the same user?

If more than one registration is received from the same user, either through the same medium or otherwise, only one such registration, of Organizers' choice, shall be eligible for participation.

 What is Organizers liability ?

Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.

Guruji.com reserves the ultimate right to close the contest at any particular time at its discretion.

Guruji.com also reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions and the Prizes at any instance during the contest.
